Purpose:
This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to enhance their physical fitness through competition in individual life time sports.

Description:
This course is geared toward the student who is competitive in nature but does not necessarily enjoy team events. Students will work on improving personal fitness through competition. Tournaments and competitions will be set up weekly that pit student against student. The environment in this class will be competitive, high paced and energetic. Students will focus on individual skill development and strategies related to each sport. Examples of sports to be played include badminton, pickle-ball, bowling, tennis, handball and golf.

Requirements:
Appropriate gym clothes and shoes.
