Purpose:
This course is designed to assist students in setting and accomplishing health related goals.

Description:
This is a hands-on course. In this course, students will analysis various fitness components like body mass index, body fat, weight, muscular endurance as well as aerobic endurance. After looking at this analysis, students will establish an individual fitness goal and plan for reaching that goal. They will work daily on activities that will help them reach their personal fitness goal. New approaches or routines will be researched and worked on weekly to increase the student’s chances of achieving success and an overall modification to their current health and fitness level.

Requirements:
Appropriate gym clothes and shoes.
