Purpose:
This course is designed to give students an understanding of laws that pertain to the business and cyber world.
Description:
Students will learn about laws that pertain to business contracts and e-contracts, organization of businesses (sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporations), employment and labor laws, and domain names and other trademark issues on the Internet. Cybercrimes and cybertorts will also be discussed.
